All Blythe dolls have one major problem – their necks are not very movable and their heads are pointing slightly downwards, making them appear to be staring at the ground. I found special plastic parts on Etsy (neck ball joint) that allow the dolls to move their heads in all directions, also up and down 🙂 Link here
I bought 4 of these neck ball joints, 2 for my dolls and 2 for my daughters’ dolls. I waited a bit for the package because it was coming from Bulgaria but it was worth the wait! I followed the instructions on Etsy to insert these parts into the necks of our Blythe dolls, my dark doll had no problem but on the other 3 I had to file the neck holes quite a bit. The whole thing exceeded my expectations – I am very pleased! Finally, our dolls don’t look down, they can look around in all directions! : P
