Finally, I got the eagerly awaited package from Japan from Mandarake, and in it the desired and dreamed-of Petworks Nikki and Takara Miki-Chan Maki-Chan Twin Boy Friend Yuu-kun Ozora dolls 😍😍😍 These are dolls that have been on my wish list for a long time, so I was very happy when the postman’s visited me 😜
I’ll start with Nikki – produced by Petworks, it is a doll with a large head depicting a cat with opening eyes. Nikki has a standard plastic body, a tail at the back and measures about 20cm. Odeco and Nikki are two dolls who are best friends. They are 20cm tall, the same body, but different heads. Odeco-Chan is a small person, and Nikki is a cat. They are often sold in pairs, so there is a matching Odeco and Nikki set. I already have an Odeco doll and now I bought Nikki even though they are not a pair.
My Nikki came to me with a factory-packed outfit – a dress and socks, a poster was attached to them and on the back there is a pattern for sewing clothes that fit dolls of this type. My previous Odeco doll also had such a pattern for sewing clothes – I have to find time to sew them these clothes 😅
Below are comparison photos of my dolls from Petworks – from the left Jossie, Nikki and Odeco
As for the second doll, it’s a little boy from Takara – he’s a friend of Maki and Miki, who I already have – they’re twins and younger sisters of the Licca doll. The boy’s name is Yuu-kun Ozora and he’s adorable 😍. He’s about 10 cm tall, similar in size to Toby from Barbie Mattel
He is dressed in a kindergarten uniform – blouse, shorts and a cap, with white shoes. He has a cute manga face and the clothes from Barbie’s younger brother fit him. Maki and Miki were very happy with his visit 💖
